Information We Collect

We provide various repair services, informative, and educational features as part of our HVAC services. To operate these features, we collect certain non-personal and personal information from our Users for specific purposes. For Website-related activities that request personal information, you agree to provide accurate and current information about yourself. Sharing of Information Collected

Ken Parker Service, Inc. will not share Information that personally identifies the Visitor with unrelated third parties, except for using a third-party intermediary to manage credit card processing or if a Visitor otherwise provides prior consent. In the case of credit card processing, third party intermediaries will not be permitted to store, retain, or use credit card information except for the sole purpose of credit card processing on our behalf.

Ken Parker Service, Inc. may provide means by which Visitors may publicly post comments or testimonials, including on bulletin boards, forums, blogs, or comment sections on this website. Such information shall be considered Information collected under this Privacy Statement. Any such information (personally identifiable or otherwise) that you choose to submit in such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages. We are not responsible for any information you choose to submit in these forums.

Visitors may elect to use Ken Parker Service, Inc.’s referral service to inform their contacts about our website or other promotional content.
