“I have had my service with this company since 2017, and the service that has been provided has been measurably above par. They are prompt, efficient, professional, and most importantly honest. My dad has always preached, ‘ you get what you pay for,’ and I believe that has not been the case with this as I have received MORE than what I have paid for. From the initial call for service to my current call, all expectations of this company have been exceeded. I would strongly recommend this company for any HVAC services. I have personally dealt with Susan Spears and Pedro Mendez. From the first call, Susan has been super courteous, friendly, professional, explanatory, knowledgeable, helpful, and accommodating. She is a perfect reflection of what customer service should be. And Pedro, is the technician I will request every time my A/C system needs service. Pedro is honest, helpful, VERY knowledgeable, respectful, helpful, willing to go the ‘extra mile’ to make sure his customers are both taken care of and happy, and has an awesome sense of humor. I will always request Pedro for future service, he made me feel like a non-stranger. Side note: would love to buy him, Susan, and their family dinner sometime, because they are that good, professional, and reliable for the job.”

“I’ve always been told Ken Parker Services, Inc. was an amazing company in our area and county. This year especially, I am really impressed with the community relations and relationship building that Ken Parker Services has put out there in my view. I was at the QISD FFA Auction and watched how Ken Parker, Heritage Land Bank and another company worked together to give to our local FFA and even made it special with our recent loss of a beloved FFA teacher that impacted so many lives. Then, today, the QISD Education Foundation received support for its annual Golf Tournament. The Foundation is such a strong and viable partner to Quinlan ISD and monies raised go back to our students for student enrichment grants to attend conferences, camps and more while they are in school as well as instructional enhancement grants. It’s quite an honor to know this company gives locally and supports local education in communities that it serves. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and my entire Foundation Board!!!
